Return/Refund Policy
- We offer STORE CREDIT for all returns.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- The cost of return shipping, which is a flat rate of $7.95, will be deducted from your store credit.
- We do not accept returns on FINAL SALE items, bralettes, swim, hats, or jewelry.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date.
- If the item shows signs of wear, stains, excessive pet hair or smoke smell, your return will not be accepted.
- Shoes must be in the original packaging and shoe box, undamaged. DO NOT place the shipping label directly on the shoebox. You must ship in a separate box so as not to damage the original shoe box. Shoes returned in a damaged or labeled box will not be accepted.
Defective Items:
If an item is defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of item. Any notifications of defect past 3 days of receipt, will not be accepted. Please send a photo of the defect on the item, with the order # in the subject line. You can email us at support@aspenandpalm.com
You will still be responsible to return the item to Aspen & Palm. Once we receive the item and review and approve the defect, your account will be credited for the purchase amount. You will not be charged for the return shipping.
- Damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling are not considered defects by Aspen & Palm.
- Colors may vary on items due to lighting and phone/computer resolution. This also does not qualify as a defect by Aspen & Palm.
To ensure your return is properly processed, please include your returned item(s) the original packing slip. If you lost or disposed of your original packing slip, you may write your order number on a slip of paper and place it inside the package.
